Vega One: This all-in-one supplement powder has 50% of your vitamin and mineral needs, 15g of protein, 6g of fiber, and Omega 3s, greens, antioxidants, and probiotics.

This is a great option for on-the-go meals and snacks, a fantastic smoothie boost, and a great add-in for picky kids. They won’t have a clue they’re eating their greens! I’m drinking the French Vanilla right now, and it tastes like vanilla cookie batter. SO good. There’s even a “natural” flavored one that you can hide in anything! We have it in tubs, or single serve packets for travel convenience.

The seeds of the Sacha Inchi plant have the highest concentration of plant-based Omega 3s (17 times more than salmon) and 9 grams of protein. They come in Natural or Karamelized, or chocolate covered! Chocolate almonds, eat your heart out!

I was especially impressed by their sustainable growing practices: the crops are helping return previously deforested areas of the Amazon rainforest to their natural state, and Vega works in partnership with the Peruvian farmers who harvest the crops.
